Frank Hardy is from the Hardy Boys book series where he solves mysteries alongside Joe Hardy, his younger brother, by Franklin W. Dixon. While Nancy is from the Nancy Drew books series by Carolyn Keene and oftentimes solves mysteries with the help of her friends, George Fayne and Bess Marvin.
