Kakeru

Yuiga Kakeru is a character from the anime, manga, and game series, Norn9. He is eighteen years old with blond hair and silver eyes and is apparently from the Taisho Era. At first he comes off as a kind, gentle, charming, and a tad roguish. However, he can also be a bit of a sadist. It really depends on who he is interacting with.

With Koharu he is a bit of a tease, but also very kind most of the time --- when he isn't brushing her off. In contrast, he often treats Senri as if he were a toy (for instance: threatening to break down his door if he doesn't come out and interact with others or the time where he throws Senri over his shoulder to get him to come out and help with clean up).

Kakeru sees himself as poison or as a bad person just pretending to be good. However, and this is only MY opinion only, I believe that the fact that he makes the effort to "pretend" to be good is a step in the right direction, especially if he is more inclined to be unkind than to be kind in the first place.

As a child his father, Yuiga Shiro, left him behind with only an earcuff that Kakeru wears on his ear as a memento. Kakeru's birthday is July 25 and his ability is manipulating greens.

Kakeru is voiced by Kaji Yuki in the anime as well as the game(s).
